Guthrie County, Iowa

Guthrie County is located in West Central Iowa. It is named for Nathanael Greene, a general in the Revolutionary War.

Its seat and largest city is Guthrie Center. Major highways include IA-4, IA-25, IA-44 and IA-141.

It borders Greene, Dallas, Adair, Audubon and Carroll Counties.
